Order Confirmation / Customer Support Agent

Remote · Flexible Hours · Multiple Languages

30 / hour

Paid hourly, based on confirmed working hours

About the Role

You'll contact e-commerce customers by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm orders, verify delivery details, and answer questions — helping our clients reduce failed deliveries and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers to confirm order and delivery details
  • Verify shipping addresses and payment details (including COD)
  • Answer customer questions about orders, delivery, and returns
  • Accurately log call outcomes and customer notes
  • Follow client-specific scripts and quality guidelines

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, French, Dutch, or Spanish (additional languages a plus)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Available for flexible/part-time or full-time hours
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid government-issued ID required for identity verification
